About Us
Maruchu Bussan Co., Ltd. (丸忠物産有限会社; Corporate Number 1020002065922) is a Japanese company headquartered in Kannai, Yokohama, established on March 19, 2002.
Our business began with the operation of business hotels in Minami-Senju, Tokyo. Drawing on our own experience with labor shortages and rising recruitment costs in the hotel industry, we now support companies in recruiting, training, and retaining foreign talent, and we operate a Japanese-language education media site. We are also preparing to launch an IT education platform, EMON.

- 01 Hotel Operation
- We operate two budget business hotels in the Minami-Senju area of Tokyo: Hotel Maruchu CENTRO and Hotel Maruchu CLASSICO. All rooms are private, with a large public bath and 24-hour showers and laundry. This is the business where our company started.

- For businesses in Japan, we cover the whole process of accepting foreign workers: introducing candidates, designing support systems, providing the training required for residence, and keeping records of learning and support. We hold licenses for fee-charging employment placement and worker dispatching (see Licenses below).
HR business website (Japanese) - 03 Japanese-Language Education Media
- We operate Registered Japanese Language Teacher NEXT (登録日本語教員NEXT), a media site for registered Japanese-language teachers in Japan and those preparing to become one. It provides information on the certification system, the national examination, lesson preparation, and career options. It is a media site, not a service platform.
nihongo-kyoin-next.jp (Japanese) - 04 IT Education Platform (in preparation)
- EMON (右衛門) is an IT education platform that will support Japanese-language learning and course management for foreign workers in local communities. It is currently in preparation and has not yet launched.
