OVERVIEW
Maruchu Bussan Co., Ltd. (丸忠物産有限会社; Corporate Number 1020002065922) is a Japanese company headquartered in Kannai, Yokohama, established on March 19, 2002.
Our business began with operating hotels in Minami-Senju, Tokyo. Drawing on our own experience with labor shortages and rising recruitment costs in the hotel industry, we now provide foreign talent placement and support for companies, and, as a separate business, we operate a Japanese-language education media site. We are also planning EMON (emons.jp), a Japanese-language education infrastructure. Its planned school is at the conceptual stage and preparing an accreditation application; the plan is tentative and may change.

HOTEL
Hotels with private rooms throughout, more spacious than a capsule hotel and more affordable than a business hotel. CENTRO and CLASSICO in Minami-Senju, Tokyo offer a public bath, 24-hour showers and laundry, and women-only floors — for short trips and long stays alike.

We introduce foreign workers, including Specified Skilled Workers, and advise on support arrangements after hiring. (We are not a registered support organization.)

School planningEDUCATION INFRA
EMON Japanese Language Institute is preparing an application for accreditation (conceptual stage) and is not currently accredited. The plan is tentative and its contents may change.
A planned Japanese-language education infrastructure for foreign workers in local communities. Matching teachers for the Japanese-language courses under the Employment for Skill Development system (scheduled to take effect in April 2027) is planned to start after the system takes effect.

REPRESENTATIVE
After serving as Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, Thailand, he currently serves as Advisor to the same Ministry and as Advisor to the Governor of the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR), an institute under the Ministry, for Global Partnership.
Drawing on his experience in higher education, science and technology policy, and international cooperation, he leads the company's business of placing foreign talent with companies and supporting them after hiring. The company runs its Japanese-language education businesses separately from placement.
